The cover of my A5-size notebook for the middle school I teach at this year. Originally finished on 4-12-06.
I wanted to draw two junior high kids, hence the (winter) uniforms. The odd thing about that, however, is that you usually don't run into a guy like the one I drew in middle school. They tend to show up at the high schools for often. Also, the girl was a character I was creating at the time, and I intended for her to have the lighter hair, but, when set against the punk boy with his dye job, I thought the darker hair on her would be a better contrast.
The kanji on the corner is the nickname of the school, Kawa-chuu, or Kawa Middle.
A few do. Yesterday, a group of girls saw the drawings I was doing for the bulletin board space I had there. When I put up those pictures, then everyone (how actually bothers to look) will know as well.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
